^^Exactly! I was going to say pretend like you're totally starting over and do everything from scratch but looks like you already did that. Just start by logging everything, everyday and it will eventually start clicking again. I've never taken Zumba but I was at my gym the other day and they had a Zumba class going on…

Don't feel stupid! Like the poster above said, it was smart that you caught yourself before you started again. Saved a ton of money and you can do what works for you. Best wishes to you!

Yay, more people joined! I'm going to go ahead and weigh-in if that's okay. CW: 160.4 GW: 148 I'm going for 4lbs a month, my weight loss has slowed down so trying to keep it reasonable. One of my other goals is to start and stick with a strength training program within this time frame. Time to kick it up a notch! Thanks…

Just throwing in my two cents. :-) This challenge has really helped me in staying accountable the past six months and I do look forward to setting my goals each week and checking in. Thanks for all you do!

Hi, I love long-term challenges because they help me see the big picture when things get frustrating. Count me in if you decide to do it!

I started right at 200lbs in January and am currently at 159 (5'6). I'm trying to ultimately get down to 135 but my mini goal for now is 150. So far it's just been exercise (cardio and a couple of strength classes mixed in each week) and staying close to my calorie goal. Some of the challenges I participate in on here help…

Welcome aboard! Log EVERYTHING even if it's just a bite, take your current measurements because the scale isn't always the best way to measure your progress, and use the community/forums with a grain of salt. Best wishes to you! :-)

jesss - not that I remember. I've only done it a few times because I usually stick with my oatmeal and boiled eggs in the morning but you may want to try it at home first and make sure.

Wedge of Laughing Cow cheese with Thomas Bagel Thins. I think it's around a 140 cal for all of it. I also love boiled egg whites with Townhouse crackers - usually fills me up for a while.
-
I was going to suggest microwaved eggs which I'm assuming is the same thing as what you mentioned (eggwhite mugs). I spray a mug with no-cal cooking spray such as pam, crisco, etc then crack an egg into it (or you can use egg beaters/whites). Add any extras you want, I usually do bell peppers, pinch of salt, chilli powder…
