You look fantastic and you have a lovely and supportive family. Best wishes to you!

Water! Bring an iPod/music to help pass the time if you're using equipment. Deodorant, hair ties, change of clothes. Have fun!
-
Take measurements when you start! The scale isn't always accurate.

Abs for sure! Sometimes we can't see the difference ourselves but it's there. Great job!

I just started jogging on the treadmill a few weeks ago and thought I was going to die but like a lot of people said above, intervals help tremendously. Walk for a few minutes, jog for a few minutes - it'll help build your stamina.

Hi - i have both versions, one on my iPod and one on my phone. Both are pretty similar just a few differences as far as navigating around is concerned. The only huge difference I've seen between both are that I can see my friends food diaries on the iPod one and not on my Droid when it posts a message in my feed saying…

Most people that don't have a HRM record it as circuit training.

This post made me smile. Yup, still eat bread every freakin' day and stay under.

Maggi Hot & Sweet sauce!

It's so much more than the scale though. I would recommend taking measurements of yourself since you seem to be at the beginning of your journey. It's encouraging to see the inches come off even when the scale doesn't move. Good luck!

You look fabulous! Very inspiring.

I eat instant oatmeal practically everyday. I love the Maple & Brown Sugar and the Apples & Cinnamon that Walmart sells under its Great Value brand. It fits my macros and fills me up.

Celebratory banana, nothing wrong with that. Congrats!

I always used to skip breakfast - just didn't care for eating in the morning. I have to say though, since I started logging and forcing myself to eat in the mornings, breakfast has turned in my favorite meal of the day. For whatever reason, I really look forward to my oatmeal, boiled eggs, crackers, and a few minutes of…

Definitely recommend hitting up some classes if they offer any. The time seems to go so much faster in class than on the treadmill or elliptical. :-) I was intimidated at the thought of working out in front of people but with each passing day I realized people are busy doing their own thing and don't give a hoot about what…

You can do it! The first few days of each level are tough and you'll be sore but with each day you'll find yourself finding the exercises easier and your endurance stronger. Not everyone sees the same results but you will notice a difference if you stick with it. Good luck!
