i'm 5ft 4 and currently weigh 125lbs. i'm aiming for 119lbs which is 8 and half stone! i think this will be a nice weight for me and not look to 'skinny' (love my curves). i just plan to do lots of strength and muscle training after that to look more toned!

I don't think you should allot a certain amount on calories per meal as it takes away the fun. eat what you like, in moderation. have healthy filling meals, lots of salad/veg to fill you up :) i do like to have 1/2 my calories for tea (600cals) so i'll have around 200cal breakfast, 300cal dinner and 100cal for snacks. but…

i like to do exercise and have the calories there just in case. sometimes i do eat them (particularly if i go out for a meal) and sometimes i don't need too. i just eat what i want, in moderation, if i dip into them then i do. if i don't i don't :)

i love doing the pop cardio video's! i did three yesterday and i was sooo tired & sweaty afterwards! such good workouts :) i love the pop cardio fat melting routine!
