You are probably not feeling sore because of the yoga. Yoga deals with a lot of stretching and that releases chemicals in the body to help relieve the soreness. Doing all that yoga is fantastic. I do understand wanting to feel sore though. I feel like I have not workout that hard if I am not sore.

Don't pay attention to the scales. That number can change so much during the day just becasue of what goes in and out of your body. You lost inches thats all that counts. No one needs to know that number but you. Everyone will see the results becasue your body is changing.

Honestly, It just depends on how much muscle you have. I am 145 and 5'3 and I don't look fat at all. I do have a lot of muscle thouh. When you get to your goal weight don't stop what your doing just keep going.
