  • I had someone recommend this and I love it! I just slice an apple, put in the microwave (or somehow to heat it up a bit) and sprinkle some cinnamon on top! Reminds me of apple pie and is WAY healthier! :)

  • Thats what I like about insanity, all of the squats and lunges. I keep a mirror by my TV so that when I am working out I can keep my abs really tight, when I see them I definitely keep them contracted. :) Lol its a little trick that helps me!

  • It is another beachbody program that works on muscle toning...I've never tried it but I want to because when it comes to weight I am CLUELESS. I know cardio and got that down but as for lifting I really don't know how/what weight/how many reps to do...kinda embarrassing.
