My go to when out with friends is just to make sure I get a good workout in before...that way if I am tempted to drink some wine or have a steak I know that I am in the right area to do so. I know how hard it can be to go through a painful life event and also be away from friends and family. I gained back 30 pounds before when I moved and it was hard to get back into my routine-however I did it and so can you!! Keep your chin up. You can do this-you did it before!!!

My eating plans vary day by day, mostly I try to stick to clean eating and lots of protein (egg whites, chicken, turkey, tofu, greek yogurt are staples!) but I don't always follow a strict eating plan.
