I use it with my HRM (heart rate monitor) it is excellent for counting everything you do for the day is that way. I use it with my hrm with strap when i bellydance and kettlebell as it has a hard time with the softer fluid movement.

I used to its a detox process. It will pass. You might try a baking soda oatmeal bath if you put it in a nylon wont make a mess in the tub.

i prefer ibprofen but i agree with the trainer if you are hurting that bad stop for a few days maybe jsut do some gentle walking instead. Go easy on your body now to prevent further damage. You might also try arnica gel easily found in health store.

If you have asthma I would focus on weight training more. I cant do bikes myself but can lift weights and I have found over the years it helps my asthma. I also bellydance now "learning" but am able to do it at least forr cardio with an issue.
