I do better with classes, that way they are on set days and times. Plus I enjoy them and the people, I find it more motivating. You need to find what works best for you. I also found working out at lunch time was OK but not great. Good luck!

I do totally get it, I am pretty much like that myself. I find a good thing to do is to have lot's of diet snack choices on hand at all time. May I suggest weight watcher's fudge ice cream bars..yum they are good and filling only 120 calories but they are a bit high in carbs. I also keep on hand a lot of the 100 calorie…

I plan a low cal snack but don't always use it. Some of my favorites are..... weight watchers fudge ice cream bar... yum or I ALWAYS keep the 100 calorie packets of snacks like pretzels or cookies.
