I would say, you should only do as much as you feel confortable with and can manage, and build up on your training. You will be surprised how quickly you will manage the 30 mins. If you got an iphone you can use IMapmyRun, and it will give you the speed and length of run /jog. We use it for Run10. :)

Apologies I haven't posted earlier this week until now, as its been a super busy week. I seem to be stuck around the 68-69 kg mark and can't seem to get below it. :( March SW 68.9 kg Weight on the 8th was 68.7 kg My goal is around or under 65 kg :)

I got two last night but not all stores had them around where I live. I also was told that the offer just started, so would asked them to ring around for the correct price as the price was confirmed by the other two shops I rang before the one that had them in stock. x

I wear old track suit bottoms, and a tshirt under a hooded top, it's cold and dark here, so not to fussed atm. But will get some new pair of bottoms soon and hope to wear running shorts of some kind in the summer. Oh but I do wear a proper sports bra, just to make sure every thing stays in place :).

I use to hate running when I was in school, I was ok ish at it but never really got into it. A few years back I was looking for a cheep sport to start as the gym was boring for me. I timed myself as the program said, and had pains in my knee and gave up in the second week cos I was trying to hard and should have slowed…
