Professionals do walls first. The floors are always last. If you husband can't take your word for it, then have him go to home depot and ask the tradesmen. Their word will have more conviction.

Work it into the week's total. If you just eat protein on day, it is easy to be under calories and not hungry.

Walking is great!! Walk for 30-50 minutes 6 days a week at at a compulsory rate.

Tea, diet sodas, flavored drinks all count. They all have water and should not have sugar for best results.

I just order the sashimi, tuna, yellowtail, and salmon. NO RICE or just a bit. Way too many calories.

Don't eat. If you expend more calories than you eat, then the body will use the extra fat in the body. That is our purpose here...to lose weight and fat? Right? There will be other days you might eat more than your ration, so it will help on those days. Don't stress about how little you are eating. We are not in this boat…

I purposely don't use all my calories during the week, so that the weekends are more free. But, be careful not to go too over calories for the week or all your hard work will go to waste.

The best way to not have any is not to have any in the house. Then, a cup of unsweetened sweet tea such as chrysanthemum or licorice tea hits the sweet spot.

So true. Some people just don't understand why they are fat. Cookies, chips, pastries are part of their regular diet. Just cut those things out and a person will lose weight. I have also notice the same thing at an amusement park. The fat people are snacking on bags of chips, and more in their stroller. The not fat people…

If possible, go see a therapist. They are helpful for big and small issues. I like to call them life coaches, not only athletes need coaches. :)

I am 48 years old, mother of a 8 and 10 year old. I like to stay between 120-122. I got up to 129 in the last 2 years. My goal was to get to 122. I don't worry about being under calories 1-3 days during the week. I am never under calories during the weekend, so the deficit days will help the weekend days. As long as you are not under calories consistently for weeks, I think it could only be benefit to your overall goal. :)

Don't eat anything!! I save them, so that if I have a few more calories on the weekend or a glass of wine, I am still ok for the week. As long as you have eaten enough protein for the day, SAVE THEM :).
