Yeah i've noticed that's a pretty taboo subject around here. I don't necessarily disagree with it if that is what works for you. I tried it, and unfortunately it didn't work for me. Maybe it will later on, but for now I will do what works for me right now :)

I agree w/ the eat less, move more movement! I don't eat all of my exercise calories though, I'm never that hungry. I'm barely hungry enough to eat the allotted 1500. I used to force myself to eat all of my exercise calories, and I gained 5 lbs in 3 weeks! Now that I do what my body wants, I have lost 6 lbs in two weeks.…

THIS! I limit my sugar intake, unless its from fruit and veggie sources (w/ all the fruit and veggies i eat, i almost always go over my limit). So enjoy your bananas!! (as i typed this i saw the banana ad as well).

I'm not! I look at exercise as a bonus to my deficit. At first I was eating my exercise cals but then I gained 3lbs. First thing I changed was an increase in my water intake, and I STOPPED eating my exercise cals. Since the change I have lost 6 lbs. I might dip into them every now and then, but I'm never going to make…

I love love love my food scale. It's perfect for meats, cheeses, and nuts since it's so easy to be inaccurate with those measurements. I still continue to use measuring cups for sauces, soups and oils but it's perfect for anything and everything solid. Very good investment.

Hey There! I'm 24 and joined about a month ago, and it's been a bumpy road so far. I would love to give some motivation and encouragement, and have friends in my age group as well :) Look for an add.

MMM, never! lol.

Thanks for your reply! But i understand it is sooooo frustrating. I don't think giving up is the answer though. I'm glad you're sticking through! I hope we both eventually get our goals accomplished, i know we can do it!

Honestly as a woman, i feel like the craving will never go completely away (especially around the time of the month). Some good tricks I've found that help curb my cravings are to eat a serving of fruit particularly grapes or bananas (cause they are both super sweet) and wait 20 mins. Usually my craving will go away, or…
