You are beautiful in both before and during pics. But I bet you FEEL healthier now than you did then! Well done, what a difference and a fantastic job!!

Yeah! Well done. I started noticing my clothes fitting better at around 10lbs too. Great work! :flowerforyou:

Love this and I'm almost at a cinder block or, as I prefer to think of it: - A newborn baby - A Cat - 3 Guinea Pigs - An Ostrich Egg - A Dozen Krispy Kreme Donuts AND... - A Chihuahua! Wow - don't think I could carry all of those around with me all day!!
-
Wow well done on your 750 - that's amazing! Your 3/4's of the way to qualifying  I'm at 50 something days - which is highest I've gotten so far. I'm going to try and reach 1000 - lets make our own, small tshirts when we get there!

This morning my mum and I had scrambled egg with dill, smoked salmon, toast, mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach. Yummmmm!
-
This! But with milk chocolate, I could probably manage 2 bars
-
Back! I cheated a little and looked through your other pics. Good work so far!!! :-)

Wow! What a difference a year of hard work can make. You look great and are a true inspiration
-
Funnest NSV I've heard for a while! Love it.

Sounds like you need a few buddies! Be free to add me  I'm doing fairly well so far (I think!), I'm loving the app for when I'm out and about - it helps keep me on the straight and narrow. Good luck with your efforts :flowerforyou:

First of all well done on your weightloss! Thats amazing that you are near to your goal!! I'm not an expert so others may have better advice than me but I think the key here lies in your settings. If you have told MFP that you are 'sedentarty' ie don't move around a lot then I'd say yes, definately record everything. If…

Yes, I've been single for a very long time and one colleague at work once told me that I was really pretty and that if I lost 'the weight' I would have men queing up to go out with me. My answer was that I wouldn't want a single one of them. You've got to love yourself for who you are and think highly enough of yourself…

I'm 32 and often get asked for ID when buying alcohol. It's a pain in the neck when I forget to bring some but it's flattering when I have my passport or provisional driving licence on me. I once asked a shop keeper how old I looked after showing my ID and he said 'early twenties or younger'. I don't think I look THAT…

As I interpret it, your calorie goal is exactly that... A goal. So this means that the closer to zero you are, the better. It's tempting to think that the less you eat, the faster you lose weight. But it's not necessarily true and as you say yourself, you feel you are eating healthier now so why not stick with what you are…

Loving this post. I've been working on onederland for a while and I'm at 220 as well. Go us. Only 20 more lbs to chase away until we see that all important 2, change to a 1  Well done - you look amazing OP! :flowerforyou:

To be honest, it doesn't matter what time you weigh yourself, as long as you weigh yourself at the same time each weigh in. Personally I weigh myself first thing in the morning once a week on the same day (Saturday - so that I can eat a little extra that day and have a full week to work it off  ) If I were you, I'd…

No, definately don't touch people's stuff. That wouldn't be right. But think of the extra strength training you are doing whilst opening all of the doors
-
Amazing NSV - I've been getting out and about walking in my lunch hour and the afternoon seems to fly by when I'm back in the office for some reason!! Also my surname is Houghton too, just thought I'd slip that in
-
I eat it every single day and have lost 14lbs in the last month. So eat away! It keeps you satisfied until lunchtime

Walk without the tops of my legs rubbing together. I don't even remember a time when my jeans/trousers/shorts didn't get worn in that area first!

Great thread! Here goes... 1, You need water to live so drink up - drink it just the way it is, you don't breathe flavoured air so why flavour your water? 2, Chocolate tastes so much better when it's eaten as a treat and not every day 3, Sometimes you can do everything right and the scale doesn't move. Don't worry, it will…

Last week I went over my calories 3 times. One time by 800 cals and I felt awful. However, I still managed to lose half a pound so I think that you will be fine. Just breathe, get back on track (and maybe workout a little harder during your next exercise session  )

Even the healthiest people over eat sometimes. Why do you think they sell so much heartburn medicine around the holidays?!! So don't beat yourself up. The great thing about MFP is that you don't have to look at yesterday's journal! You can focus on today's and putting healthy things in that. My advice would be don't try to…

You look fabulous! So happy and healthy...

Getting a full 8 hours of sleep. Every night. And waking feeling ready and full of energy for the day ahead  Oh and my latest NSV is my joint fave - I can now spin my watch around on my wrist a full 360 degrees. Its my new game!
-
This made me smile  I can't wait to see my belly button instead of the winking roll of fat... You did it and I can too :flowerforyou: Well done!

This is one of the best success stories I've ever read! I feel so inspired and motivated by your story so thank you. I'm starting the Couch 2 5K this week from not ever having run and I'm looking forward to seeing what I can do now. You look amazing and it sounds like you feel amazing too. Such an accomplishment

How annoying for you  But... Numbers are just numbers! And it sounds like you are well on your way to making those numbers smaller anyway  I think you should congratulate yourself on being able to fit into the jeans that were to small for you. That is a massive acheivement!! Well done. And now you know how much…
