http://scovillescaleforpeppers.com/the-scoville-scale/ The ones with lower numbers are milder, higher numbers are hotter. See which ones you can find in your market and have fun trying them!

I see this topic posted at least every other day on here! Don't stress about it so much - I've had small boobs my entire life (large A/small B), and while I do get insecure about them sometimes, I wouldn't trade them for larger ones or get implants because I'm so used to the perks (literally and figuratively!) that come…

Do you have an outdoor ice rink in your town? Give it a shot once the roads are safe! I like any skating (even though I kinda suck at it) but outdoor rinks are the best. Skating will give you a killer butt, and there's really nothing like breathing in fresh, clean winter air.

I'm so glad to read that other people have this issue, I thought I was the only one! It only happens to me when I drink black tea - I can drink green, white, or herbal tea without incident, but if untreated black tea touches my stomach I get sick. I am guessing it is the tannins in the tea - I read somewhere that fats…

I'm in the same position! I was a dancer for a long time and always had amazing muscle tone and a completely flat stomach, but now I have the same stomach fat issue. I'm still a size 0 so if I even mention the word "fat" my friends lay into me, but I have a desk job where I work long hours now. I'm trying to get back in a…

Jellyfish! If you don't live near any Asian markets it can be hard to find, but I can always find it at the markets in Chinatown. It doesn't have much flavor on its own - you can buy it either salted/dried or packed in brine. I prefer the brine-packed because you don't have to soak it as long to remove the salt. Dress it…

Ludacris, Dropkick Murphys, old Red Hot Chili Peppers (basically the whole Uplift Mofo Party Plan album), Marilyn Manson, Daft Punk, Dr. Dre, Rage Against the Machine, Starkillers, Republica...just to name a few artists I tend to play when I work out. Aaaaand...I throw in a little Baby Got Back when I do glutes :)

My favorite way to cook brown rice is just with water and a bit of salt, but then when it's cooked I mix it with a squeeze of lime juice, a handful of chopped cilantro, a minced chile pepper or two, and sometimes a bit of orange zest. It's fantastic!

Never underestimate how far insecure, small-minded people will go to drag you down to their level once you start accomplishing goals that make you, in their minds, a better person. Go with your gut instincts, shut out her negative advice, and do what is right for you and your body.

I have the same issue - I do well with yoga pants that have the fold-over waistband because you can control how far down (or now NOT far down) you fold it. Most of mine come from Marshalls/TJMaxx. Good luck!

I don't count calories. I use the food tracker, but the stats I'm looking for are proper amounts of protein, vitamins and minerals. On days when these nutrients are high, my calories tend to be lower, simply because nutrient-dense foods tend to be lower in calories.

Look for supermarkets and health food stores that have bulk foods. You can buy brown rice, quinoa, beans, lentils, and nuts for much cheaper than the packaged varieties. My local health food store has what I call the "scratch and dent" produce bin - it contains fruits and veggies that are starting to wrinkle or slightly…

I've always had a small frame and small boobs (30B), but honestly, don't be concerned about what men think. They're men - they'll find some body part to stare at, trust me! I never got the boob guys, but I'm a former ballerina, so I get the leg guys and the butt guys, and the one that surprises me is when guys tell me that…

I've always been naturally thin, but I exercise and eat well because I feel mentally sluggish if I don't eat enough vegetables. The runner-up reason is that I have a huge closet filled with a ton of gorgeous clothes! I've been the same dress size since I was 14, so I never hesitated to spend money on top-quality, classic,…

I'm not sure about YouTube, but Yoga Journal has a set of videos. They're short, but you will get the idea. Good luck! http://www.yogajournal.com/video/

1) Mashed avocado with lime juice, dehydrated onion flakes, and TONS fresh or dried chile pepper 2) Sushi from Whole Foods 3) Canned black beans with chipotles and pickled nopalitos 4) Canned tuna mixed with rosemary and shredded smoked gouda - microwave it for about a minute, then spread it on buttered whole grain toast.

Coconut oil has a lot of minerals and antimicrobials, so it's more beneficial than not. Its best property is that it can withstand high-heat cooking without breaking down, whereas other oils tend to oxidize, which deteriorates their beneficial properties and even makes them unhealthy in some cases. This is semi-irrelevant,…

I haven't eaten fast food since 2008. Back then, I was just starting to transition from thoughtlessly eating industrial food to sticking with real food, and I hadn't eaten fast food for a while. I had to drive a long distance to a funeral of a close friend, and I was starving so I went to a Burger King drive through along…

Yes - industrial foods are subsidized; organic/sustainable foods are not. However, you get what you pay for.

At the end of the day, you're left with you. Life happens and people change, but your body and your health are yours forever. Take care of yourself first.

HA! Who even knows?!? I'm 5'6 and weigh between 110-115, and depending on the brand, I wear anything between a 00 and a 6. One day, I'll try on jeans and a size 0 will be too big, the next day I'll try on jeans and I won't be able to get a size 0 over my knees. Brands that measure by waist/inseam tend to fit much better,…

If you like tropical flavors, try dicing a sweet potato and sautéing it with a sliced onion in about 1T. coconut oil. Add a pound of diced chicken thighs. Saute until the chicken is browned, then add a diced whole papaya, a cup of coconut milk, a splash of rum, a few minced chiles, and a handful of chopped cilantro. Cook…

Avocado is one of my top 10 favorite foods; I probably eat 3-4 per week. My favorite way to eat them is simply cubed and tossed with lime juice, minced fresh chiles, minced cilantro, and a pinch of salt or Goya adobo seasoning. I also like Peruvian Causa (cold potato layered with avocado and chicken/tuna/crabmeat salad,…

If you're not overeating these things, you're fine! Potatoes are very nutritious as long as you're not eating them fried all the time. If you're bored with these three things, try plantains, yuca, farro, etc.
