  • I look at them as motivation. You don't know their story, maybe they were just like you. I think this way and then it inspires me. Also after a time you start to see the same people and they'll comment to you about how you are doing. All of a sudden it won't be so scary

  • Was never a big breakfast person. Usually waited until I got to work and had something around 8, With trying to loose weight, I started eating a high protein breakfast when I get up at 5:30. Around 10:30-11 when i start to feel hungry I have some plain almonds and an apple and then am good til luch at 2. Works for me'

  • I am additcated to MFP. I don't eat if I haven't logged. I don't count things like my tablespoon of s/f grape jeppy on my english muffin or butter on my toast. everything else I log.
  • I was having the same problem. TAlked to my personal trainer. She told me to try to eat at least half of them back. That works for me and I only seem to same 100-200 calories some days and other its less than 80.
  • Elliptical. Burn more calories. I own both, but go to the gym and use it there. Do an hour on cardio days and burn about 600 calories. My thighs are usually achay from all the working out I've done but after 10 minutes they warm up and are fine for the rest of the ride3
  • gave up pop 4 months ago. Switched to water and tea. Every now and then I get a craving, but I have read so much about how bad it is for your health and it can lead to heart attacks and stroke.

  • Eat yoplait 2x Greek. No fat. I like Chaboni and Dannon Oiokes too, but yoplait strawberry, blueberry and key lime pie rule
