I usually do Insanity in the morning (5AM!!!) but there's something about Mondays that makes me hit that snooze button. Anyhow, my impending workout has been on my mind all day. As painful as it will be, I can't wait to get home! I went shopping for some good Insanity shoes over the weekend to no avail. I will continue on…

17 minutes IS better than nothing!! Eventually you'll get to the point where you finish the workout no matter what. I remember doing Plyometric Cardio Cicuit one time, and it literally took me almost twice as long as the length of the video to finish. Oh how I love that pause button... Keep pushing play!
