  • ok to lose 1lb you must lose 3500 cals a week to lose 2lbs you must lose 7000 cals a week now the first 3500 cals you can cut from your diet your other 3500 cals you can lose from working out so say you work out 6 days a week you need to lose 588 cals per workout! this works for me
  • hi im on 1500 cals and i work out twice a day i burn about 2000 cals a day i work out 6 days a week iv lost weight quick there are some daysill eat more cals like 1800 cals i can afford to as im losing 2000 cals a day iv drop 3 stone in 5 months ....keep it going people were all doing really well

  • Dear lord people get a calorie counting watch I have one after iv been on my cross trainer 60 mins on a hard level I burn 1000 calories!

  • Seriously you'll be amazed! Yes you would burn all those cals seriously invest in a calorie counting watch it takes your heart beats into count & tells you how many cals you've burned! I normally do 1 1/2 hrs with Nike training I burn about 1100 cals a day I workout 6 days a week
  • Hi guys iv got a pro calorie counting watch it tells me how many calories iv burned with a 45 min session on the NIKE TRAINING I burn 650 calories with the 15min work outs I burned 315 calories with the 30min sessions I burned 500 calories seriously invest in a cal burning watch it helps hope this post helps x
