  • I did this same workout about a month ago... and got 240! But last night when I actually was being judged I must have gotten about 20 no reps on the wall ball so I only had about 10 seconds left when I picked up my rope for double unders. I ended up with a score of 158. Needless to say I am doing this over again Saturday :(
  • 159 here this past Thursday. I've been doing crossfit for 6 months and decided to give the opens a try just to see where I stand. I am hoping to see great improvements by this time next year :)
