i eat both. more often the regular yogurt. I have the FAGE greek 0% with honey and it does the job, the taste by itself is a bit too tangy for me. i need to try cooking with it and see if i can taste the difference

i just did the calculations on the website for my fave: chicken, white rice, black beans, pico de gallo (tomato salsa), a bit of sour cream, guac, cheese and lettuce = 875! AHH thats horrible. but now i know where i can cut corners to make it a bit better.

i usually do dance music that really pumps me up lol...it all depends on your taste though. I would recommend 8Tracks because its a free app that has pre-made playlists so all you would have to do is choose something like "workout" and there's tons of lists you can listen to and like your favs.

i felt unmotivated during march, april, may... you get the picture. but getting back on track is the hardest part. maybe setting your meals the day prior will help you, maybe set small attainable goals like drinking more water or working out with a friend will help. I know its tough, especially when you feel out of it...

alot of it has to do with the consumer. whoever posted if "we" didnt buy it "they" wouldnt sell it said it best. This! if you cant stop eating bad things then at least start getting your body used to exercise and start working out... overtime you will want water not diet soda after you've worked out trust me

its going to take some time for your body to get used to not having soda, and if you do ever drink it again it wont taste as good as you thought it did before you cut it out...keep at it and you will feel the difference.

yes it works. you have to be honest with yourself when you log and you need to be able to log as much as you are capable to. also getting in with a good support group will keep you motivated :) welcome!

right now my goal is getting under 200...then it would be 185 then 165 then maybe 150...i dont know if i can go lower than that HAHA. baby steps!
