  • Potato chips are evil *LOL* and sometimes I just have to have them. We've been buying Tostitos Tortilla chips with a hint of lime and they are so yummy. I like them as a better alternative to potato chips and as a bread substitute from time-to-time. They are great with soup! Too many temptations.

  • Thank you. Don't think I did too badly calorie wise yesterday. Had a steakhouse lunch but they're speciality is Buffalo which is supposed to be a very low fat steak meat so I had a protein high lunch which filled me up for the rest of the day.
