I am still waiting for my 30day shred DVD to arrive, it shud have come yesterday. Really wanted to start it yesterday, post man has just been and still not arrived. Once it comes I will start it straight away, have taken some before pics but will do measurements and weight and put it all on 2gether. So excited to start.…

I'm hoping to do it every day but with working shifts including nights I may have 2 have a rest day sometimes. I may also do some Cardio at the gym a few times a wk. excited to start this, hope the DVD arrives before Monday. X:happy:
