I feel like a hot mess....5'6" 160 and I'm in a tight 12 or a looser 14. Huge hips/baby belly but thinner legs - awful combination! I want to be in a 10 again :(

Thanks all! I did a pan sear and ate them with asian veggies & rice. Not too bad, but I'm going to try the other recipes soon, as they kept me full :)

We purchase our chicken breasts and frozen cooked shrimp at Costco; and more recently the Tilapia loins...they are Awesome! Even my husband eats the tilapia and he's not a fish eater. You can't go wrong with the frozen stir-fry veggies either...all of these options are healthy and economical ~ happy shopping!
