Depending on the meal I will either eat a very small portion or tell them that I've already eaten/ trying to go vegetarian / not hungry / that I have left overs that I need to get eaten first.

I'm not sure if your on Metformin for your PCOS, but if you are make sure you take it! You can also take 2 capsules of cinnamon pills a day which helps regulate your sugars and glucose in a different way. :)

I have PCOS as well (diagnosed 2008) and yes it does make losing weight difficult, but not impossible. You just have to work a bit harder and alter your diet. I really like Quaker rice cakes. The chocolate ones are great with some fat-free cool whip. Plain they are only 60 calories. Another good option are fruits and veggies. Celery with hummus is good. Those laughing cow wedges with low-carb crackers are also nommy!

I love the Quaker rice cakes myself. Anywhere from 50-70 calories depending on which flavor you choose. I love taking the chocolate ones and adding a bit of cool-whip. :)

When I worked at Subway I brought a lunch to work. I'd ask if you could do the same. Otherwise I would learn what's in the food and calories of what you're wanting.
