I have a pulled achilles tendon, so I've been experimenting with low impact too. Swimming is probably the best, but I found that I can still do a lot of kickboxing without too much stress put on the ankles/feet. Hope that helps!

Before MFP, the most I ever lost was about 5 lbs, but I did that either by just exercising and not counting calories, or vise versa. This time I'm doing both and trying not to obsess over the number on the scale. Controlling my portions while (for now) still enjoying what I love to eat is really working for me more than…

Not unreasonable, but doing the 30 day shred and extra strength training will probably show more inches lost than weight loss. In the end you may be 2 sizes smaller but only 20 - 25 lbs lighter. Which is awesome all the same!
