I know I'm late to updating, but i did 25 miles on my bike last monday....bringing me to 116 miles for January.

Ran 4 miles and some change the past two days, but yesterdays 17mph winds messed my form up and I must have been leaning forward on my run.....back is hurting so I'm out today. On a good note, 90.4 miles....I'll get there!

Count me in! Started on the 7th at 248lbs, weighed in last Saturday at 241lbs....adding 2 mile runs 3x/week so I think I can maybe even top ten pounds. If all goes well I will be sub-230lbs by the end of Feb! Man that will be badass!

I'm a little late to the party! Just checked my logs and I'm at 86.16 miles this month, with only 4.5 of them being running (working on that!) and the rest biking. I hope to be close to 120 miles by the end of the month!

Watching the scale everyday is going to hurt you more than help you...too many variables (how much you've ate, drank, used the bathroom etc) to factor in to get a REAL weight. I would recommend doing it every two weeks at the same time of the day (say right when you wake up every Saturday before food or drink), this way…
