Richard Simmon's Sweating to the Oldies... Low-impact aerobics with no jumping, and they are super fun to do! :) Plus, he has people of all shapes and sizes doing the excersizes... so you know anyone can do them.

People come after my hair all the time with scissors!!! Yes, it is 4 ft long, but that's because I "like" it long!!

I would like to get rid of my "kangaroo pouch" That fat roll under the belly button and above the other place... I've had it since I was eight years old. It would be cool to see what I look like without one.

lol I never weigh myself after a shower! I have about four feet of hair and gain about 5lbs more when it is wet!

Really watch your sodium intake!! Lower sodium levels = less water weight

I had that happen to me... and it turns out that I was WAY over my sodium goals!! High levels of sodium keep the water weight from dropping off. Start tracking your levels and drinking lots of water... that should help :)

Trust me... even when the scale doesn't show any significant changes, your body will! I was all bummed that I only lost 1 lbs. in a week... but I lost an inch on my hips!

Mine is friends only... Although I think it's good for my buddies to see what I'm eating... as they have offered up many healthier alternatives to what I'd originally eaten that day.. I do tend to eat poorly sometimes and I don't think the world needs to see that I had a strawberry poptart for dinner.

I try budgeting "unhealthy" foods into my allowed calorie intake. For example, one day I had enough calories left over that I could totally walk to Burger King and chow down on a Whopper and small fries. :) And it was the best tasting Whopper ever! If I find out that I'm over my calerie intake, I do a quick 20 min. workout…

I also have a bad back... I found that starting my daily exercise routine with Yoga For Aches and Pains really does help! And it will help with your flexiblity. Other great dvds to check out: Pick Your Level Pilates and Sweating to the Oldies. Both are totally designed for beginners :)

I did one and it was crazy! It's like a foot soak with a giant metal sudzing ball in it and the water turns different colors depending on the toxins it sucks out. Mine turned this weird milky yellow color and my friends turned an almost redish black color.
