I'm not going to be able to help you with that one. I have no problem reaching 1200 calories. Most of the time each of my adds up to 300 or so calories. Maybe someone else will give you a tip.

Hello Sharon, Hope that you can get back on the wagon, so to speak. The only way that I know how to lose is to count calories. A lot of the times, you think what you might had eaten was much, but once you see how many calories on item may have will surprise you. Good luck. :smile:
