Just finished Day 9 of Level One. Level 2 was more enjoyable for me the last time that I did the shred, so I'm anxious to move on to 2.

I just started today. This is the second time around as I did it in February too. What a remarkable difference today was compared to the last time that I started. I am definitely much more in shape!! My goal is to try to do more with Natalie this time because last time I pretty much stuck to Anita.

Everyone looks so great! I had my boys by c-section (3 in 4.5 years) and have felt really hopeless about my chances for a normal tummy again. I only have about 10 pounds left to lose but lots of exercise to do. Are there any exercises you inspirational ladies would recommend for that abdominal area?

Ugh....started the day with a heart shaped doughnut at work then had a fun size dark chocolate hershey's that my son gave me!

How' everybody doing with this? I just completed L1D4 and actually felt good and much less sore during the workout. I like it because the time really flies by.
