I just allow myself an extra salt treat and sweet treat and a glass of wine, but I increase my water intake to balance it out. My diary from yesterday contains a hard cider, a handful of swedish fish and some sesame crisps. I wouldn't deny myself those treats, but still be mindful of how much you consume and allow for that…

Hello everyone, my name is Kerri and I'm 35, 5'7. I have about 45lbs I'd like to lose. I'm at the heaviest I've been now, but it's slowly coming off. I've just hit my mini-goal of being able to tie my shoes while breathing normally, lol. It's the small things, but they add up!

I've only lost a few pounds, but I'm trying to focus on Alkaline foods as the majority of my diet. I've noticed a noticeable decrease in heartburn, which is an awesome side effect!
