check at a second hand store maybe get 2 pairs of pants and a couple shirts I have boxes of clothes waiting for me to fit back into them from various previous weights

Pizza Hut Bread Sticks ( 10 ) and Personal pizza combo 150 Calories per bread stick so 1500 cal + Meat lover pizza 640 cal = 2140 for 1 meal last time i had 3 sticks and Half of a veggie pizza + salad no dressing 450 + 280 = 730 +110 = 840

that is my BFF and my nicknames for each other, thinking of dressing up as them some Halloween. my middle name is May and I love it it was my Grandmother's name and if i had a daughter it would have been her middle name , maybe my son will use it when he has kids.

personally i find the more water i drink the less likely i am to "drink my calories" i have cut out all sugary drinks this week .

i found when i did my first workout yesterday the calories burned were quite a bit lower then the HRM watch i just got the day before. also the calories listed on my treadmill were a LOT lower then what the HRM was showing. that would explain the 8 pound drop in 2 weeks i was not eating back over more then half of what i…
