i am on week 2 day 4 of shred diet , and have 4 meal and 3 snacks if needed , so far it seems to be working I lost 4.5 lbs last week . i to am having trouble eating everything i am supposed to.

I would avoid the surgery if possible , I started at 237.5 Jan 7 , 2012 I am down to 179.4 today no surgery or pills just lots of hard work and healthier eating . ETA i think i may have been over 250 in Aug 2011 . my profile pic shows my progress from Aug '11 - Feb '13

I had the first one Zumba fitness , i just picked up Zumba core ( Christmas gift to me from gifts card i received) I love it even more then the first one.

i use endomondo app to track speed and miles

welcome to MFP , good to see some RL friends on here . i find this really holds me accountable for what i put in my mouth although this past week has been a bust with thanksgiving and way over sodium all week. hopefully you did better then i did :)

I keep my lactaid tablets handy for certain foods , but have found that yogurt & frozen yogert do not bother me & small amounts of cheese does not bother me
