I am just doing walking and yoga, non stressful weight loss management that I enjoy. I am going to try to not worry so much about the number on the scales but more about what I feel like inside.

Hi me too, nice to be trying to accomplish weight loss and talk to people who experience some of the same issues. I am on epilum and am doing my best to not touch the sleeping pills as they whack me out too much and dull my motivation.
