When I started my goal was 140. I got there but continued losing until I got down to 109 which was too low. I'm trying to pick up some weight and am at 118 now with mostly muscle gain. My ultimate goal is 130 but I agree with others, it shouldn't be about the number on a scale but what you feel is a good BF% for you.

Wow, I'm glad to see this post. I lost over half my body weight and kept continuing to lose. I went from 271 lbs to my lowest at 108 and now slowly gaining back. My goal is to gain muscle. I'm a chipaholic and just can't have them in the house. Same thing with crackers, specifically Chicken in a Biscuit crackers! Some days I just stand in the cracker and chip aisle at the grocery store reading labels.... keep hoping to see that chips are suddenly healthy.. probably not going to happen. :)

I usually do not eat back my exercise calories and I have managed to lose weight and build up muscles. I have "guns" that I never had when I was 271.

Be proud of your pokemon!! I have the classic Winnie the Pooh and Piglet on my back as a tribute to my grandmother read to me from the books every weekend when I would stay with her. I think as long as the tattoo has personal meaning to you than you should always be proud.
