  • I have 1200 cals per day. I'm 5'1 and 136 lbs. I have found the secret is in what you eat and how often. I generally eat six times per day - 3 meals @ about 300 cals each (less for breakfast, more for dinner) and 3 snacks @ 100 cals each. High fiber foods are best and I try to include protein as well.
