I'm 5'8", looking to get to 155...my starting was 286(premyfitnesspal), when I started on here, I was 280, now I'm 261...I have a medium build, so 155 is all I dare to consider! But please add me, I would love to have some friends in this that are similar in body type! :)

some of my best workouts happen when I'm reading a good book, listening to a great song or just receiving a motivating text or email from MFP! If I'm having an off day, there's netflix or games or even school work, who thought the gym could be so much fun!

It does use a lot of date. I have sprint, so I use it every day, while at work and working out, my monthly data is unbelievable! So glad I'm unlimited!

I only eat mine back when my body tells me I'm hungry for them, I'm down 19 lbs in 6 weeks, so I figure I'll keep listening to my body...if I stop losing, I'll adjust

I look at the energy of my five year old and think of how excited he is when I am able to run and keep up with him, nothing makes me want to quit!

I have the FT4! LOVE it soo much! It links up with gym machines too...it's the best present I ever got myself!

I agree, use MFP as your tool to help you get where you want to go and stay there. I never feel stressed out because I know whatever I eat is going to be logged on here somewhere! At resturants I don't mind when my son takes something off my plate. The place where I get stuck is at home when I have a portioned out snack and he takes 2 or 3 of it. I only eat my exercise calories when my body tells me I'm hungry. If I'm not hungry, they sit there. I know a lot of people have a lot of opinions about it all, but in the end, listen to your body. Cheese is my favorite food, so I always have reduced fat sharp cheddar and reduced fat string cheese in my fridge. I made Chicken Fajitas last night and brought some to work with some taco sauce, I had it on a bed of lettuce with a little cheese...and WOW it was AMAZING!!! I think I'll have more tomorrow:)

I plan my day every day, then I pick one or two little things that I can have for a treat every day, it's so fun!!!

This year is my 10 year high school reunion, and my best friends wedding. I want to be down 60-70 lbs by October! But my goal right now is 2 lbs per week. Somehow I've been getting 3 per week, so I'm tickled pink of course, but I know it will eventually slow down:) I just want to feel good in my skin! :)
