Anyone else wonder why he has to lose weight, if it's SOO easy, how did he gain to begin with? I mean, anyone should know the tools, use the tools and always be successful with the tools(or so he says) guess this chimp wasn't so well trained before!

I think the following is what should be focused on : "Some might believe that my story means I am anti-weight loss, but I am not. I'm anti-shame, guilt and fear as an avenue to weighing less in the hopes of being a better and healthier person for it. " Before I was ever able to be successful in weight loss and keeping it…

my computer didn't do that, it actually brought me to what looked like a google page and it looks like a macro, it slowly typed out baked potato...I have never seen that happen before so truthfully I thought she was being a jerk and I was trying to make light of it. I will check it out on another computer to see if there…

tuna one sounds weird but interesting, I would probably want to make it like a tuna melt, with cheese...

How do you know I haven't? lol I just mean, I want to hear what MFP people have tried because we are pretty like minded. a search like that could return really tasty potatoes but might also be really sassy, or they could sound good and really lack a specific seasoning that might make it better. I'm looking for day to day…

That sounds interesting, I will have to give it a shot! thank you!

Gee, a link to google for something that might actually taste like monkey butt...thanks!

Alright I'm fat, I'm a single mom, but my kid didn't make me fat, I have been overweight since I was 12, I'm not blaming anyone but me, and I'm going to say this picture doesn't hurt my feelings, it reminds me of what all my sweat in the gym is for, and what all those squats and push ups are going to do for my body. She…

Just an idea but start by getting up and jogging in place a few times during your TV time. I do it every day now, because I know I love the TV, I want to eat and I want to build a cushion into my day just in case I need more food!

Hi, I'm 249 and am up to 2.5 miles running, it's not fast or pretty but I can do it, and it feels unbelievable! I say, give it a shot, what do you have to lose? I wish you luck! :)

First, way to go on your success! AMAZING! second, people do get jealous, and it makes so sense in the end because if they are unhappy, they have the same shot as anyone else to make the change in their lives. But if they don't give you a compliment, it's for the best. I had a member of my family give me a compliment that…

What I will speak to is not the long distance relationship, but the relationship of coming together after being long distance. A long distance relationship is all the benefits and feelings of an up close relationship with all the excitement of a new relationship every time you see the person. There has to be a great deal…

I think the hardest thing is getting comfortable and quitting the thigs that you know are good for you...if you really want to get back on the wagon, my only advice is 2-4 days of super healthy eating with good workouts. It will get you back in the frame of mind and ready to go another 12 weeks...good luck!

I've always had HUGE thighs, but over the last 13 weeks I've lost 4 inches on my thighs doing 2 things 1)weights with squats and lunges(including kettle bell workouts) 2) cardio days, running, elliptical trainer and walking. You can have smaller legs but you need the muscle in them and the fat burning cardio to really get…

way to go! Very exciting! :)

I'm so glad everyone pretty much agrees that book 3 stunk. I found myself waiting for something amazing...but it just never happened! Book one and two were awesome!

take out your food scale, put a bowl on the scale, weight out 1oz(that's one serving), eat, enjoy. Log it right away, and be done with the bag today, you can go back to it tomorrow if you want another serving. That bag, if you weigh it out, might last you 2 weeks, or more, depending on the bag size. Seriously, don't give…

keep the app up on my phone all day and when I come home I'm dying to see how all my friends did that day so I can cheer them on! I don't really use facebook anymore, this is my social media! :)

look on that back of the paper they put on the trays, it has all of their foods on it, and you can determine what you'll have based on that! :)

I've been losing at least 2 a week for 9 weeks. My secrets: I eat when I'm hungry...I eat between 1250-1700 calories each day I drink water I eat what I want. I sleep at least 8 hours a night I work out. really, it's no secret... One thing to remember about the scale that people tend to forget: Your scale doesn't know it's…

I think it has to do with bone structure, if you have a small frame, 150 is huge for you, but me, at a medium frame, 150 looks great, almost too skinny...I wish you luck in getting where you want to be! But also, don't be concerned about what your friends look like at what weight, you're beautiful just the way you are. If…

honestly...what would you eat during the day that is under 90 that would fill you up? Some things that I like and work well for me: -String cheese -jack links jerky -1/2 a serving of cheese puffcorn -pear -a few tablespoons of cool whip -skim milk -1/2 cup frozen peaches, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup of light…

My only advice is think of your body like a car, if you're on E, fill 'er up! If it's been 3000 miles, get an oil change(aka, if you're weight loss has decreased or you find yourself tired, make the changes, adjust and keep going) But most importantly, if your mechanic has your questioning, ask for a second opinion(MFP is…
