I can totally relate especially in the summer. Every weekend there are events and everyone is having a drink. I try to limit myself to a drink or two, but it's not easy!! I figure that even if I have to start over on Monday, I"m still doing it!!

Not sure why your Fitbit had you burning calories before your workout. To add the fitbit to this site, go to the apps tab above and select fitbit.

Great idea! Summer is coming! SW 196 CW 194 GW 185 UGW 165 I'm up a few pounds from vacation so the current weight is about 4-5 lbs heavier! My change will be to stop the diet sodas and track everything.

Hang in there! I'm with you but the Dr. says there isn't anything wrong. I met with a nutrtionist who looked at my journal and made me realize that even staying within the goal isn't enough.
