I love this! I'm doing swimming and belly dancing! 4 hours of belly dancing will burn over 900+ calories :) There is a girl on Youtube that does Free belly dancing lessons and you can just follow along. She teaches the moves and does workouts. Free bellydance classes

truth. The more water you drink, the more weight you'll lose. It will balance the amount of sodium you intake. 8 oz isn't enough, you really should have over a gallon a day.

The longer you do it the more you'll be able to look at food and just know how much something is without having to immediately write it down. Moderation is the key for everything. Food is fuel to do what you want in life! :) You can do this! You already sound like you are ready to go! :)

Hey I've been on here for about a 1.5 year and still working to lost another 22lbs :)

If I get pizza, I can't have the box next to me. If I put the box in the kitchen and I have to get up to get it I'm less likely to over eat :)

I believe it is physically impossible cause our breasts are actually just fat sacs so when we start to have smaller fat cells it means we have smaller breasts. I'm 5'2 and I went from 189 to 152 and I now have small C's and it'll just keep happening At least the rest of me looks okay! You don't need breasts to be sexy
