You'd be surprised at what drinking the right amount of water will do. You really should be drink at least 64oz if not 84 a day, which is hard at first but it's really vital to losing weight. Plus the quality of what you put into your body :) like itsscottwilde was asking, depending on what you put in and burn off will be…

yeah within about 2 to 4 hours your body will reject what isn't right spike in body temp and sickness ice packs in the arm pit for 5 mins switching for each arm will down your core temp then just drink water and sleep as much as possible :) good luck

I had a fitbit ultra and it is VERY worth it. Worth every penny I completely loved it My only problem which I had and I think other people have too is that I lost mine. It is either somewhere in my laundry that I can't find or I lost it at a friends. BUT! fitbit has the Flex wrist band and that's what I use now. Love Love…
