I am 59 years old and weigh 141. I started out at 150 January 20th 2014 and I am stuck. Can't seem to get past the 141. I was eating 1200 calories a day and I raised it to 1370 a day. I usually burn 200-300 calories through walking. So I need to up it more than that. 3 years ago I lost 50 pounds and it took me a year but…

I use a polar watch and it tells me exactly what I have burned. I don't work out without it.

I eat most of my calories. Maybe a few left over. I have noticed a little weight loss everyday. I usually burn an extra 250 or 300 a day. It's working for me. My calorie goal is 1200.

I eat quaker instant oatmeat for weight management. I love it. I put a half a cup of raspberries, blueberries and blackberries on it. My favorite breakfast. 160 calories for the oatmeal. total calories for berries are 104 calories. So a good 264 calories breakfast. I actually could eat this for another meal too.

My calorie goal is 1200. Then I exercise and burn around 300 a day. Today I almost got to my calorie goal by 16 calories. I ate extra natural peanut butter and some almonds. Any way being 16 calories off is this ok?. I feel like I will gain weight.
