I need to do this. I actually just read an article that talked about the danger of water loss, but even more critical is the danger of sweating out potassium. It can send your heart into arrhythmia and cause life-threatening complications. I may need to wait until they check my chemistry to assess my potassium level.

From the doctor: "How can I get you to remember your next appointment? I know-Feb. 14th-Valentines Day. I want you to come in for blood-work on Valentines Day". I would have suggested writing an appointment in my planner, but it is going to suck as a day anyhow....why not add a needle to the mix ;)
