  • How are you eating less than 900 and not starving? Just curious. Regardless of whether or not your body goes into starvation mode from eating so few calories, which i do believe happens, I would think that your energy level would be seriously effected by eating so little.

  • I would definately eat breakfast. If your not hungry right away in the morning waiting a while might be okay. Its hard for me to imagine not being hungry in the morning, im always starving when i wake up. Keep in mind that if you starve your body it goes into starvation mode and converts the next thing you eat into fat.
