Well I started on Jan 1st this year prior to my dream holiday in March and lost 11.5lb by sticking to 1200 calories, I did eat back some of my exercise calories but not all of them, so as long as you get your head in the right place and accept that that's where you want to be and this is what you have to do to achieve it…

My achievement yesterday was getting home after walking 9.5 miles and not having to take pain killers, my body must finally be getting used to it!

If I was eating in Burger King I would have their flame grilled chicken salad, making sure there was no dressing on it, I know you not following WW but in their Eating Out Guide its only 3propoints which makes it a very low option. Or the lowest breakfast option listed is BK Bacon Butty with sauce for 6, so thats perfectly…

Mine is open too, anyone feel free to add me, I find that by having it open I am much more careful about what I eat and plan my food so much better - dont get me wrong I still have "bad" days but by logging it all I am able to put it behind me and move on. Good luck with your weight loss journey

If I want an ice cream type fix, I mix 30g philadelphia with 60g greek yogurt and stick in the freezer, i normally have it with a chocolate weight watchers biscuit crumbled over it, or fresh raspberries
