I am 5'5 - started at 220lb and currently sitting at 159lb I am happy here but going going to try and get down to 150lb I am between a size 10-12 (uk) depending on shop! xx

I have knee problems so the only exercise I am able to do is walking, swimming and exercise bike xx

I upped mine from 1500 to 1700 two weeks ago and since then I have lost 2.5lb I was scared I would put on weight but instead I lost! You will be fine xxx

I wear a Fitbit all day and this calculates my TDEE I have an office job but I do on average 30 mins walking a day, I am 5'5, 26 and weigh 161 and I burn on average 2200 calories a day so 3000 sounds right for you at the height and weight you are You definately need to eat at least 2000 calories a day and more on exercise…

You need to go onto your fitbit dashboard and log the times you were driving in the activity section Once you do this it takes off any extra steps you gained during the times you were driving x

I am 13lb away from my target and recently upped my calories from 1400 to 1700 I am still losing 1lb a week at this level and I get to eat more - YAY! Well done on your loss so far xx

BMR is the amount your body uses if you did nothing all day - it is the amount your body needs just to function for the day What you need to look at is your TDEE and around 500 calories less than this for a 1lb loss a week x

I eat between 1600-1800 a day depending on what exercise I do xx
