I am re-doing week 3. I am doing this with a group and we all need to be comfortable to move on. I just hate the hill coming up and having to run that last 90 seconds.

I used to be a Weight Watcher and one time I was on a plateau that lasted nearly 7 months. I stayed with it and once I broke through started to lose regualarly again. Now I did keep measuring my body and seen losses there and my clothing size went down. But was losing patience quickly when I started to lose again.

:love: I have had my Fitbit since the begining of January and will not take it off. I also have a HRM for Zumba but it is to measure my heartrate and not calorie burn. I use my Fitbit exclusively for calorie burn, steps, running and everything else. Love it.
