This is my Day 2. I did Zumba for Day 1, last night for 1 hour and weight training for 20 minutes after. I will do Zumba again tonight- will check back in tomorrow!!:smile:

I was just wondering the same thing and then I saw this post! I am staying under my calories, but if I eat something, like an oatmeal pie, I feel SOOOO guilty and Fat even though I am still under my goal!!!
