  • I've been working on keeping my calories between 1200-1500/day and exercising every day. I like the accountability of this challenge.
  • Hi, I'm Linda. Married with 3 kids. I work a job that varies between mostly desk work and very active. I am trying to get off medications for diabetes so I appreciate this challenge.
  • I'm starting P90X on September 30. Right now I'm doing Power Half Hour and walking. In a week or two, I plan on adding 10 minute trainer in order to prepare myself. I'll be doing the lean schedule and I'm trying to figure out what I will do after finishing it. I'm thinking P90X2 or redoing the original again.
  • I only log the walking that Runtastic calculates for me. I stop my Runtastic workout about a block before I get home so that I don't overestimate the number of calories burned.
  • I'm in week 9 of Couch to 5K. I recommend it to just about everybody who hasn't been told not to run by a doctor. Although I jog as opposed to actually running right now.
  • 198 about 3-4 years ago. Lost about 25 pounds very slowly since then, want to lose enough to no longer be obese, then I will reevaluate.
