I eat a lot of wraps, 6-7 a week. There's nothing bad about them. I would suggest mixing up the stuffing in them and getting good wraps. I'm usually up for 4:50 and start my workout by 5:30. I'm in bed for 9:00 and asleep by 10:00. I've found that putting the alarm clock in the bathroom forces me to get up to turn it off, it helps get me out of bed. If its on the night stand I'll just hit snooze. Well, at my current pace (2 lbs per week) that would be 24 lbs lost by Christmas. That will be my goal, but with the holidays, I'll be happy with 20.

Sup Charlie Just saw this thread and thought, wow, other morning sweaters like me! I get up each morning at 4:45 to do a cardio workout of 45-60 minutes 7 days a week. I rotate between jogging, stationary bike, elliptical and cardio videos. Nice to see others motivated enough to get up early to start the day off sweating.…
