I looked into the high priced Proforms, Gold's Gym and NordicTracks, they all have serious issues after abut a year. Most just can't take the daily or almost daily use, then the control boards go out so often and…

Great job Bella! Looking at your final workout stats pic, are you using Garmin Connect? Those circles look familiar.

I actually started awhile back with 144 lbs to loose. I'm down about 63 lbs after yo-yoing the last 12 months. I still have 70+ lbs to go.

Anyone needing a daily user who comments/likes can add me. I just recently came back to MFP after a 6 month break. I gained 40 lbs back during that time and need to work it off again.

Awesome job Michelle! Lookin' great.

I get up at 4:20 every morning to be ready for my 4:30 workout. Give yourself time to use restroom and brush your teeth. Then kill it! Once you make a routine of morning workouts, then you'll enjoy them. I know I feel sluggish at work if I miss a morning.

Great job! Keep up the hard work cause it only gets harder as you get closer to goal weight. But got the right formula. Your an inspiration for your dedication.

Tough love time! Quit or do it. That's the options. Its your body, your life and only you can find the inner motivation to improve yourself. We can praise your success and cheer you on, but we can't give you the motivation you need to get your self moving. I keep a very small friends group on here, they are all motivated…
