I joined around the same time you did and when I started I had a similar issue. I was originally eating 1200 calories a day as suggested but just felt like that wasn't enough especially with doing so much cardio, I upped my caloric intake to 1400 calories. I live in Fort Wayne (SW Allen County). I go to the Jorgensen YMCA and I do the Zumba classes, Turbo Kick and RIP (Strength Training) classes.

I'm Tai and I'm fairly new. I would like to lose about 35lbs. I have just recently started going to Zumba 5 days a week. I'd probably go every day except on Mondays and Wednesdays I am in classes from 1:30 to 9:30. Feel free to add me.

I am 5'7" and I have been stuck in the 170's and was even as high as 190 last year. I LOVE my body at 135 no higher than 140. I guess the answer to the topic is my body's favorite weight seems to be 170. lol We will have to continue to battle! I refuse to believe that I have to stay this high just because I've had 5 kids.
