Urban Dictionary has a reference for "snippid" as the smell of wet leaves with the source reference being Calvin & Hobbes.

Part of me wants to look up those words to see if they're real. Snorky (uncommon, sharp and fashionable), brambish (uncommon, the smell of burning wood), brunky (Urban Dictionary, the combination of brawn and hunky).
